Is this legal? Doesn't it break ATS terms?+

Will recruiters know it wasn't me?+

What counts as an "interview request"?+

A real human at the company asking to schedule a first conversation — recruiter screen, hiring-manager intro, or technical first round. Automated "complete this assessment" emails don't count toward the three.

Can you guarantee an offer?+

No — and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the meetings. The interview, the offer, the negotiation are yours. We're glad to point you to coaches for that part.

Do I hand over any passwords?+
