This is the policy that backs our guarantee. It is intentionally specific so there's never a dispute.
If we deliver fewer than three (3) interview requests within 30 days of your engagement start date, you receive a full refund of the fee you paid.
A genuine invitation from a representative of a target employer to a first-round conversation — a recruiter screen, a hiring-manager call, or a first technical round.
The following do not count toward the three: automated skills assessments or take-home tests sent without a human invitation, generic "we received your application" auto-replies, rejections, and invitations from companies you asked us not to apply to.
Email hello@heycallback.com within 14 days after day 30. We verify the interview-request count against the shared tracker and issue any refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. One refund per client.
If you accept an offer before day 30, congratulations — the engagement closes and no refund applies, because the service did exactly what you paid for.
Callback (operated by [Callback LLC]) prepares and submits job applications on your behalf, tailored to each role, using information you provide. You authorize us to act as your agent for the limited purpose of submitting those applications in your name.
We guarantee interview requests as described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy. We do not guarantee a job offer or employment — hiring decisions belong entirely to employers. We never fabricate credentials, experience, or qualifications; everything we submit is based on the truthful information you give us.
The fee is $1,200 per 30-day engagement (or an agreed installment split), charged via Stripe. You may cancel any time before your engagement start date (onboarding completion) for a full refund. After the engagement starts, the Refund & Guarantee Policy governs.
We aren't liable for employer hiring decisions, changes to third-party application systems, or outcomes outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of [State].
We accept a limited number of clients each month so we can deliver. If we're full, we'll tell you and offer a waitlist.
Only what we need to apply for you: your name and contact details, your resume and work history, your target roles and preferences, and a dedicated email address we create for your search.
We do not log into your personal email, LinkedIn, or any other account you own. Instead, we set up and run a dedicated email address created just for your search — applications go out from it and recruiter replies come back to it, so we can track results and relay interview requests to you. We never ask for your passwords.
For one purpose: preparing and submitting job applications on your behalf, and communicating with you about your engagement. To do this, your application details are submitted to the employers and application systems you've asked us to target.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with marketers or data brokers. The only place it goes is the applications you asked us to send.
We keep your information for the duration of your engagement plus a short period for support and records. You can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing hello@heycallback.com, and we will.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. We'll respond promptly.
